At the beginning of July Carly and I did a trip back to the New England for family, friends and one outside objective. We did the Presidential Traverse. Things have been busy for us so I won’t have a long post about it.
In short we got it done in a little over 10 hours car to car, or at least drop-off to our car. The conditions were wet but not raining. Overall it was a good experience, but not the best long trail run we’ve done. The terrain isn’t conducive to long stretches of running, nor were the views as exciting as other runs we’ve done. Great to have ticked off this New England classic though!
